If you can’t reach 500 lunges from the first day, don’t worry, that’s normal. So start building your way to 500 lunges by taking small steps at a time.

Do as many lunges you can in the first day. Next day add 10-20 more reps and so on. In the end (it shouldn’t take you more than 30 days) you’ll be able to perform 500 lunges in less than 20 minutes.
