Can you do 50 lunges? How About 100? Or even 500? You should try out this challenge.

If you can’t reach 500 lunges from the first day, don’t worry, that’s normal. So start building your way to 500 lunges by taking small steps at a time.

Do as many lunges you can in the first day. Next day add 10-20 more reps and so on. In the end (it shouldn’t take you more than 30 days) you’ll be able to perform 500 lunges in less than 20 minutes.

Just take a look over this video where fitness model Vicky Justiz performs 500 lunges in less than 15 minutes.

Here are the 500 lunges in different variations, so you don’t get bored:

40 Reverse Lunges
20 Bouncing Lunges (each leg)
20 Side to Side Lunges

20 Bouncing Curtsy Lunges (each leg)
20 Bouncing Side Lunges (each leg)
