There’s nothing more sexy than those V-line abs, also known as V-cut abs, or sex lines. So try these six abdominal exercises to tone and define your lower abs.
You don’t need any equipment, just a mat to sit comfortable. You can even do these abs exercises in your bed every morning. That would be a great way of waking up.
Here are the 6 moves that will define your V-line abs:
- Crunch Kicks
- Flutter Kicks
- Leg Raises
- Raised Leg Circles (both directions)
You should perform each exercise for 20 seconds with a 10 seconds rest in between. Once you gain some experience you can double the exercise time. This way you’ll be constantly challenge your abs.
Since this abs workout targets only your lower abdominal muscles, you should not rely on it to lose weight or tone your entire body. Better pack it with a full-body circuit or cardio session and the results will be more desirable.
Do it every day if possible, or at least 4 times a week.
Make sure your diet mainly consists of lean meat, legumes and fruits. Nuts and seeds are also a good choice as long as the portion is smaller than the palm of your hand.
