1. Push-Ups (15 reps)
2. Jumping Jacks (20 reps)
3. Toe Touches (20 reps)
4. Crunches (20 reps)
Complete at least 3 sets every morning!
Here are the exercises to do in the evening:
1. Leg Lifts (20 reps with each leg)
2. Squats (30 reps)
3. Plie Squats (20 reps)
4. Wall Sits (30 seconds)
