This legs workout is killing it. You’ll need a rest day after you’ll complete this challenge because you’ll be sore af. When you think about it, there are ONLY 450 squats and 90 burpees. And I know you “love” burpees 🙂
Just complete this session every other day to get the burn in your thighs and calves. Don’t forget about the butt – it will hurt too.
Rest as much as needed between sets and moves, but always try to do better than last time.
